Exceptional growth

With the vision to increase the value of customer interactions on behalf of clients, Transcom was created in 1995 by the Swedish investment company Kinnevik led by the entrepreneurial visionary Jan Stenbeck. Since then, we have experienced spectacular sustained growth. Innovative product offers and services have been added to our portfolio, along with new geographic markets to support client growth and wider and deeper multiple industry expertise.

Looking ahead we will continue the service expansion, focusing on the end customer experience to increase satisfaction and loyalty, as well as the improvement of cost efficiencies for our clients.
