About 1,300 communication specialists are working for the customer care processes at the company's sites in Dresden, Halle and Rostock with the responsibility of handling all contact channels for our clients.

Since December, 31st 2005 Dr. Finsterer + Königs Inkasso GmbH, one of the top leading credit  collection companies in Germany, is member of the Transcom Group. The enterprise was founded in 1983 in Tönisvorst near the commercial centre of Düsseldorf. Alone 150 staff members are working there in a team-based integrated work process. They undergo continuous training and upgrading in accordance with our standards of quality.
