Transcom calls the Tech Center "Home" in San Antonio, TX

Transcom Worldwide, the global outsourced services company is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in San Antonio, Texas.

Transcom’s 65,000 sq. ft. facility will be located at 6660 First Park Ten Blvd, providing a wealth of options for its new employees.  Accessible via the Robert F McDermott Freeway, the Tech Centre offers on-site parking, is readily accessible by public transit, and is located within walking distance of local shops and restaurants.

Established in 1995, Transcom employs more than 21,000 trained professionals in 75 contact centre locations across the world. The North America & Asia division employs over 7,000 people, with offices across Canada, the USA, and the Philippines.

Agents will be handling inbound customer service, billing inquiries, sales, and technical support calls for one of the largest cable/MSO providers in the US. "We currently recruiting 125 Customer Service Representatives for our first paid training classes starting September 24th,” says Jolene Appleton, Recruiting Specialist for North America, “with more to come.”
