While all of our agents are trained and familiar with your business and its products, our BSR team takes over any call involving a sale, billing issue or unhappy customer. The BSR team is comprised of our top sales people - highly skilled in handling challenging calls for our clients, such as sales confirmations and dissatisfied customers.
 
Each team member's goal is to ensure that a call is handled with the utmost care and accuracy.

Here's how our BSR team functions day-to-day:

Every dissatisfied customer and sales call we handle is transferred from Transcom's Telemarketing and Inbound Sales departments to the BSR team.

The BSR team confirms the details of the sales call or attempts to resolve customers' dissatisfaction. Throughout the process, our BSR representatives electronically record the reasons for displeasure in the database and offer services to resolve the issue(s).
