Transcom Belgium was established in April 2004, when it opened its first contact center in Liège. In 2006 a second center was opened in Leuven to accommodate business growth and to provide services to our clients’ Dutch speaking customers.

Across these two operations Transcom Belgium now has an overall capacity of over 225 seats and offers the full portfolio of Transcom’s customer lifecycle management services.

Belgian clients are also served from Transcom’s extensive range of near shore and offshore locations, including Croatia, Estonia and Tunisia.
