Transcom has been serving the Danish market since 1998, providing the full range of Transcom’s customer lifecycle management services. Today Transcom operates out of two locations in Denmark, with a total capacity of over 400 seats.
Our customer management activities are based in Taastrup, where around 125 dedicated specialists deliver multi-channel programs aimed at achieving outstanding customer satisfaction and positive business results for our clients. Our credit management activities are based in Albertslund, where 100 credit management experts provide services to around 3,500 businesses across Denmark. Transcom is Denmark’s largest provider of outsourced credit management services and a top three player in the customer management arena.
Our operations have achieved ISO9001:200 accreditation and a Triple A credit rating from Dun & Bradstreet.
Danish clients are also served from Transcom’s extensive range of near shore and offshore locations, including Sweden and Estonia.
