Transcom Norway was established in 1997 in Fredrikstad to support major telecommunications clients. After significant business growth, a second site was opened in Halden in the year 2000.

Today Transcom operates out of both of these locations, with a total capacity of over 450 seats, and offers the full portfolio of Transcom customer lifecycle management services.
Norwegian clients are also served from Transcom’s extensive range of near shore and offshore locations, including Sweden.
