Transcom Sweden was established by the Kinnevik Group in 1995 in the city of Karlskoga to provide customer management services to mobile phone customers of Comviq and Tele2, and credit management services to companies within the Kinnevik Group. 

Today Transcom operates out of five locations in Sweden, with a total capacity of over 1,000 seats and offers Transcom’s full range of customer lifecycle management services to a national and international client base. Transcom can also provide Nordic solutions from one single point or from low cost countries.
