Transcom The Netherlands was established in 2000 in the city of Groningen. In 2005 a second contact center opened in Emmen. 

Today Transcom operates out of three locations in The Netherlands, with a total capacity of over 750 seats and offers the full portfolio of Transcom customer lifecycle management services.

Dutch clients are also served from Transcom’s extensive range of near shore and offshore locations, including Hungary.
