Transcom UK was established in May 2006 following the acquisition of Credit & Business Services Ltd. 

This was followed in 2008 with the acquisition of a second credit management and debt collection business, Newman & Company Ltd. Today Transcom operates out of a top quality contact centre facility in the North of England with a total capacity of over 300 seats and offers the full portfolio of Transcom customer lifecycle management services.

UK clients are also served from Transcom’s near shore operations in Lithuania and Estonia and from offshore operations in the Philippines.
