Transcom wins two prizes again at the prestigious “CRC Oro Awards” in Spain

Transcom confirms its customer experience leadership at one of Spain’s most important customer care events, the CRC Oro Awards.

The company won the top prize, the CRC Gold Award, for “Best Collection Services”, which it handles for one of the country’s main banks, as well as for “Best Quality Management”.

“This new milestone fills us with enthusiasm,” commented Juan Brun, Transcom Iberia Country Manager. “It is the third consecutive year we have won first prize for Best Quality Management, demonstrating the maturity of our Total Quality management system and the excellent quality of our services. We are also highly honored to receive (for the third time in this case too) the prize for Best Collection Services. This means we know for certain that the efforts of our team are recognized and appreciated by customers.”

The event, now in its 18th year, rewards the companies that make the most effort and stand out for the professionalism and excellence of their customer care activities. The event is organized by AEERC (the Spanish association of customer contact center experts) on a joint basis with IFAES (International Faculty for Executives) and IZO.

The awards are assigned through a consolidated, objective method based on strict controls and customers feedback, in such a way as to put the focus on operational management and user satisfaction. 

The award ceremony was held during the Expo Relación Cliente event at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid.
