Currently, we are searching for an Accounting Manager, who will ensure timely, relevant and reliable accounting and will continuously improve efficiency in financial processes.

Join Transcom as an Accounting Manager!

As our Accounting Manager, you will have the holistic ownership and responsibility of financial reporting, compliance and accounting of corporate and ownership entities within the Transcom group (in total 12 entities, of which 1 entity is operational HQ entity). In this role, your key focus areas will include:

• Overall responsibility of the financial statements and reporting of the Corporate companies;

• Ensuring accounting in accordance with K3 legal, IFRS for group reporting (Hyperion), as well as for operational reporting (Hyperion);

• Contacting with auditors and participate in the autumn audit and the annual audit;

• Supporting the organization in various accounting matters;

• Preparing Annual reports for the companies in scope;

• Tax declarations for Swedish tax authorities;

• Supporting Transcom accounting team in Latvia.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in accounting, finance or business administration. Professional accounting qualification would be considered as an advantage;

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish (C1-level);

• 5-6 years of progressive work experience in financial functions e.g. accounting, external auditing, finance controlling, financial reporting;

• Prior experience in managing year-end processes and liaising with auditors, as well as a good working knowledge of the group reporting process in a multi entities & currencies environment;

• Prior experience of working with SAP FICO is considered an advantage;

• Prior knowledge or experience of Nordic countries' financials will be considered as an advantage.
