On the phone, you help customers of T-Mobile Home with questions about TV, internet, or fixed telephony. Sales are not part of your job. You have the conversations your way, without a script. You solve every puzzle from a simple question about an invoice to a more complex problem about an internet connection. You don't have to be a technical wonder for that, but you do have an affinity for solving malfunctions regarding the internet, television, and fixed telephony. You are not alone, because you can fall back on a database with the right tools or helpful colleagues. You will therefore have little to do with dissatisfied customers.


The questions you will be dealing with are diverse, here are a few examples:

  • My invoice is higher than usual, do you know why?;
  • I have received my Home package, but I cannot install the modem. Can you help me?;
  • My internet connection is weak and sometimes drops out, what can I do?;
  • I have no services and no lights on the modem, is there a malfunction?;

No customer service experience? No problem, you get a full-time paid training of 2 weeks in which we will teach you everything. You get some nice new skills!

What do we ask?

  • Dutch and English: Dutch is your native language (C1) and you also know how to get by in English;
  • Availability: You are available at least 5 days a week, with a minimum of 2 evenings until 9 p.m.
  • Full-time training: You are available full-time for 2 weeks during the training;
  • Working at the office: You are willing to work on location for at least the first 3 months. After that, there are possibilities to do this partly from home.
  • Skills: Service-oriented, communicative skills, and affinity with the internet and television.
