The Customer Experience Representative will act as a go-between, providing product/service information and resolving any issues/questions our customer accounts may encounter, accurately and efficiently. The service can be provided via e-mail, chat, web, social networks or any other means of communication required by the service.


What you need for this position

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic activities.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Knowledge of computer support - Microsoft products, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and supportive.
  • Ability to take ownership of requests and resolutions.
  • English level C
