Transcom Estonia is currently seeking a skilled Estonian-English-Russian Customer Service Representative to join our team representing the Estonian mobility company that provides its service across the Globe. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the ride-hailing industry.

Join us as a Customer Service Specialist!

As a customer service representative in the mobility department, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to delivering high-quality services to its clients. In this role, you will:

  • Work for one of the fastest-growing food delivery, mobility, car-sharing start-ups in Europe - providing a variety of services across Europe, Africa, Western Asia and Latin America.

  • Respond to customer queries related to ride-hailing services, payments, orders, quality of service and other related matters in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat;

  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent Estonian language skills (at least C1 level/native); 

  • Intermediate Russian and English language skills (at least B2 level); 

  • Multi-tasking capabilities; 

  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience; 

  • Someone who is good with receiving feedback and wants to improve themselves;

  • Someone who is available to start on 18th of September 2023!
