Transcom Estonia is currently seeking a skilled Finnish Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Nets department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the financial industry.

As a customer service representative in the Nets department, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to delivering high-quality services to its clients. In this role, you will:

  • Work for The Nets Group - a leading modern, sustainable and diverse provider of digital finance and payment solutions in Northern Europe;
  • Respond to customer queries related to money transfers, invoices, accounts, terminals in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.

What we are looking for:

  • Finnish language proficiency at C1+ level;
  • English language proficiency at B2+ level;
  • Availability to start on October 9th;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Multitasking abilities;
  • Fast and correct work with numerical data;
  • Previous customer service experience (advantage).
