Currently, we are searching for a Group Consolidation Manager to work closely with the Head of Financial Control. This position is full-time and involves 100% remote work, but the candidate must be located within one of our European countries. 

Join Transcom as a Group Consolidation Manager! 

As Group Consolidation Manager, you will be responsible for operating and developing the Transcom Group Consolidation function. You will be responsible for the consolidation of 60+ companies and ensuring accurate and high-quality legal and operational reporting.

We are a small consolidation team that works closely together. This means that in your role as Group Consolidation Manager, you work to a great extent hands-on, but are also responsible for driving the development of the function forward. In this role, you will also:

  • Consolidate and ensure the quality assurance of the Group's legal monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting according to IFRS regulations.

  • Be the Group's expert in IFRS, in Consolidation and legal accounting, providing guidance and support to the team. 

  • Ensure policies and instructions regarding financial reporting and internal control.

  • Be responsible for the Group reporting system Hyperion (HFM) and to lead the further development of the system.

  • Collaborate with auditors and other advisers.

  • Support in Mergers and Acquisitions with a focus on Accounting, according to current regulations. 

  • Lead and develop the daily work in the Consolidation function and including a team of 1-2 person(s).

What we are looking for:

  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Solid experience in Group Consolidation and accounting.

  • Senior IFRS experience.

  • Experience in leading and participating in accounting and systems-related projects.

  • Experience in an international environment and that of managing a team and projects.

  • Fluent English in speech and writing, any other European language is a benefit (e.g. German, Italian, Spanish).
