As a Product Specialist, your responsibility will include focusing on providing excellent training for new additions to our team and maintaining extensive product knowledge.


Join us as a Product Specialist for the NETS team!

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of knowledge management, along with the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the related product training.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with Team Leaders, Training and Quality Managers, and Business Managers to overlook the training process and what could be improved based on the needs of the project,
  • Updating and improving procedures while collecting the most valuable product information from NETS,
  • Following training guidelines by the company to ensure a high-quality training process,
  • Planning training and implementing it.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

  • C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Norwegian,

  • English language knowledge (at least B2),

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective communication with team members and upper management,

  • Good technical general understanding,

  • High-level organizational and leadership skills to motivate and guide team members toward achieving common goals,

  • Adaptability to changes in processes, technology, or business strategies.
