Join us as a Product Owner!

We are currently searching for a Product Owner to join the “Agent Performance” team, reporting to the Product Manager for Agent Performance. Agent Performance is a broad area covering Agent Performance, Quality, Coaching, Training, Knowledge & Communication.

The Agent Performance team is responsible for one agent 360 tool with the aim to gather all Agent Experience features into one agent experience. This tool is being rolled-out globally to all Transcom staff, the new Product Owner will have an instrumental part in that roll-out.

  • Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of our performance management product, ensuring it meets the needs of our agents & clients and aligns with market standards. Manage the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.

  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals, while considering customer feedback and industry best practices.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, prioritize, and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases.

  • Implementation: Oversee product implementations with clients, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with their unique business needs.

  • User Experience: Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that the product delivers an exceptional end-user experience.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

What we are looking for:

    • Proactive, self starter with excellent project management skills, eager to learn.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

    • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.

    • Manage key escalations and issues, manage stakeholder communication

    • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.

    • Product Development Experience

    • Vendor Management Experience

    • Critical Thinker

    • Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English.

    • 3-5 years of experience working in Agile or SCRUM methodology

    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of Product Owner/Digital Business Development
