Join us as a Product Owner!

The Product Owner is responsible for the functional requirements and backlog for the product. The role is the voice of the users and the link between the development team and the users. The PO is responsible for requirements, roadmap, operational collaboration with vendor, implementations (including user testing) etc.

  • Supports Product manager in presales process if needed

  • ● Understands business needs in-depth
    ● Responsible for a lifecycle of a product
    ● Gather, analyze and clarify requirements, creates valuable product functionalities specifications
    ●Design and document the related functional requirements
    ● Participate in solution design discussions
    ● Always look for efficiency improvements and potential cost savings
    ● Track and manage change requests during and after the implementation
    ● Prioritize needs of the scope, budget, and time, weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is highly recommended

  • 2+ years of experience in product management alike roles, preferably with a focus on HR and employee life-cycle solutions

  • Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience conducting user research, analyzing data, and using insights to inform product development decisions

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in defining vision, strategy, roadmap, go-to-market and taking one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch

  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving customer satisfaction in an employee experience setting
