Your Mission: Grow product and platform maturity for operations and client expectation, with tech collaboration with vendor
Our Mission: Assure CX, solution and operations success for our Clients and their expectation, by proactive and collective collaboration with client, Transcom SMEs, operations, and our global partner vendors.
Assuring the client’s success in regards to the platform technology capacity, operational environment, and our global best practices.
Customer experience and user obsession that always sees what impact it has on the user journey and how we can make improvements for our clients
Understand what it takes to be successful together
Platform wizard knows the platform's capabilities in depth and strives to ﬁnd solutions in any challenge connected to the platform
Optimise the platform technology conﬁguration and Transcom operational usage and performance to exceed client expectation
Solution oriented that goes beyond problem solving and see the user journey
As our hands-on vendor platform tech expert assure vendor performance, escalations, relations and influence future roadmap
Agile development who easily can identify a problem statement, create user scenarios that connects to the technology solution and action

What we are looking for:
Professional qualifications/Specific knowledge:
Minimum studies: College/University degree
Specific training and/or work experience in: a technical or analytical background, maybe as a platform or product specialist or owner, architect, developer, analyst and are used to work directly and independently with internal/external customers. Direct experience of driving digital growth or transformation in customer service, CRM, marketing (good to have)
Post-Graduate Studies in: N/A
Google Suite: Intermediate (power user)
Microsoft Office: Intermediate (power user)
English verbal and written: English language C1/C2 level
Additional Language skills: Apart from English, it is beneficial to have at least 1 more native European language (B1 or higher) such as German, Spanish, Italian
