We are seeking a talented and analytical Quality Assurance Engineer with professional experience in testing web applications with a strong technical background and understanding of the software development life cycle.

Our ideal candidate will ensure product quality to meet the client's needs with the help of test plans, testing tools, and automated tests.

As the QA role plays an important part in our company’s product development process, even after the software has been delivered, the QA Engineer will support our clients before and during user acceptance testing.

  • Write, maintain and execute Test cases and Test Plans

  • Verify requirements, acceptance criteria and design in user stories before development

  • Perform manual testing for web application and AI based web applications: smoke, functional, acceptance, integration, end to end, regression, and load testing

  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

  • Apply critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify the root cause of bugs/defects on your projects for root cause analysis

  • Develop, update and execute automated tests/framework

  • Support end user testing (UAT) - reproduction, validation and analysis of the reported issues

  • Create, review and maintain sprint reports based on QA KPI

  • Create and maintain testing manuals for your project

  • Ensuring the project meets the client’s requirements and quality goals

  • Ability to adapt to new testing strategies

What we are looking for:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related tech field

  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience on IT projects as an IT quality assurance engineer. Familiar with functional, integration, end-to-end testing methodologies for web applications

  • Experience in Test Automation, API Testing, Test Engineering, and Performance Testing

  • Good knowledge of QA testing methodologies and familiarity with software development life cycle

  • Strong analytical skills to create test cases for manual and automated testing

  • Experience in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Developer tools (Chrome Dev)

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

  • Familiar with: Postman, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Google workspace or similar tools for the same purpose

  • Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken). Other languages are a plus

Desirable Competencies:

  • Python unit test framework + Selenium Web Driver

  • Javascript
