A Research Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data on consumer behavior, market conditions, and competition in order to provide insights and recommendations to organizations. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to management. The Research Analyst will work closely with Operations & Sales teams to understand and address customer needs, identify market trends, and develop meaningful insights for the brands and internal Operations.
Collect data on brands, consumers, and the marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
Conducting market research to identify industry trends and consumer behavior
Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and social medial methods to collect it
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Communicating with internal teams to understand and address customer needs
What we are looking for:

Exposure to corporate marketing.
Reader, curious - likes to get into details and know why.
Stays up to date with evolving market trends.
Awareness of SEO/SEM
English proficiency (written and spoken).
Understanding of US & UK markets.
Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen.
Above-average communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in market research, statistics, business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis, qualitative and quantitative techniques.
Strong knowledge of market research techniques and tools.
Experience in consumer research and analysis is a plus.
Expertise in MS Office, and Google Suite (documents, presentations, spreadsheets).
Well-versed in Social Media tools.
