We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Manager based in Germany. In this role you will be part of the Sales Management team in Central Europe as well as the global sales organization and will make a direct impact on the further growth of Transcom.

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Nurture the inbound leads and convert the pipeline successfully

  • Develop and maintain the business network, keep in touch with clients who are interested in our services

  • Actively seek business opportunities

  • Participate in the industry events, promote Transcom’s offering externally along with marketing guidelines

  • Create offers, coordinate pricing and conduct negotiations with new clients

  • Work closely with the lead gen team, marketing, bid management and operations to develop the best solutions for our clients

We are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management for services in the B2B environment (SaaS, consulting, BPO services)

  • Established professional network within your area of expertise

  • Good understanding the specifics of the BPO sector

  • Graduate within business or technology field or documented work related experience

  • Good knowledge of sales processes and pipeline logic (lead generation, demo booking, presentation, closing)

  • Fluency in English & German

  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, also at C-level

  • Motivated self-starter, willing to share and exchange knowledge with other team members
