Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be the next Language Assessor & Coach (Recruitment) for our Transcom.
The Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for evaluating an applicant’s English communication skills proficiency based on standards set and approved by the Company. This may also involve assessment of a candidate’s suitability within a specific campaign. The Recruitment Specialist is part of the Talent Acquisition team, and would closely work with the Recruitment team in ensuring that assessments are properly administered and have been successfully completed by the candidate. The Recruitment Specialist , from time to time, will be working closely with the Training team for collaboration on training near hire candidates. The Recruitment Specialist may undergo certification with the Training team on courses, such as, but not limited to, culture training, product training, language training. The Recruitment Specialist must ensure that he or she is calibrated with the functional teams required to produce the right hire for the company.
