In line with our Business Code of Conduct, we value the opportunity to engage in open dialogue with our employees across the company and we respect our employees’ right to freedom of association and collective bargaining. In 2017, 32.5% of Transcom employees were covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

We are currently digitalizing our recruitment process to further increase objectivity in the early screening of prospective employees. This will also minimize any risk of discrimination in the recruitment process. The process is rolled out in Sweden, and will be rolled out globally during 2018.
