Transcom Spain achieves three Platinum Contact Center Awards
Earlier this summer, Transcom was delighted to achieve the following three Platinum Contact Center Awards:
- Best Customer Experience in Banking with BBVA
- Best Customer Experience in Insurance with Zurich
- Best Customer Experience in Retail and e-Commerce with Vinted
Transcom was awarded for the services we perform for our clients, a testament to the relationship of trust we have – we are thrilled to share the awards with these three great companies.
The awards, granted by the Contact Center Hub, were communicated through their website: https://contactcenterhub.es/platinum/. This year, the award ceremony was held in a new format, without face-to-face gala, due to the special circumstances we face. The benefits of the 2020 edition of the Platinum Contact Center Awards will go to the CSIC (Superior Council of Scientific Investigations in Spain) and their work with the COVID-19 vaccine.
Transcom is proud to have achieved these three important awards, which highlight our focus on customer experience, and on the processes of improvement and innovation in services that make excellence in quality possible. The awards represent the recognition of the work done by the teams that daily strive to offer an outstanding experience to the customers of these three great companies.
