Delivering great customer satisfaction
In July we did our best result so far. We reached over 90% in Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), both for email and incoming calls - and we managed to do this in all three countries where we are supporting this Media & Entertainment client! We have steadily increased our ratings in customer treatment and expertise since we started this assignment in August 2012. It is incredibly inspiring to work with so many talented and ambitious coworkers. We will continue to aim high and deliver great customer experiences.
