Transcom opens new site in Malaga
Transcom WorldWide, the global customer experience specialist with offices in 23 countries, now opens up its sixth Spanish office in Malaga. The contact center will be a multilingual hub serving clients in eight languages.

The contact center in Malaga will employ 250 people by June 2021, and deliver services in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Polish, Dutch, German, English and Spanish mainly. Recruitment will be done both locally and through offering relocation from other European countries, a process where Transcom has a strong track record even during the ongoing pandemic.
