Transcom appoints Chief Commercial Officer for North America

Transcom steps up its ambition level in North America through the appointment of Donald B. Berryman as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer

Transcom provides outsourced customer services to clients in North America through Work-At-Home and offshored delivery. Transcom has also a strong portfolio of digital services and is serving several hyper growth ecommerce providers through its LA based subsidiary Awesome OS.

Donald Berryman has over 30 years’ experience working with customer service and spent over a decade in leading positions at Sitel, most recently as global EVP – Chief Commercial Officer. The appointment of Donald Berryman is another part of Transcom’s growth strategy for North American market. Donald will be part of Transcom’s global leadership team.
