• Support through calls, e-mail and chat messaging through the company's platforms.
• Support the client in technical and non-technical issues related to the service.
• Logging of all requests/changes indicated by the client.

What are we searching for?

• To succeed in this position, you'll need to fill the following requirements:
• Ability to show empathy in writing and speaking;
• Good communication and argumentation skills;
• Supporting the customer by find the best solutions to the quested presented to you;
• Good computer working skill (Mandatory);
• Spoken and written Dutch at a C1 or advanced level (Mandatory);
• Spoken and written English at a B1 or intermediate level (Mandatory);
• Time management skills and the ability to meet objectives;
• Must reside within 30 KM from the center of Porto.

Job Requirements

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday;
• Availability to work from 09:00 to 20:00.
