Join us as a Customer Support Specialist!
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
- Communicate with customers: empower them to be successful, and find solutions to their problems via live chat, email and phone;
- Contribute to the project's success, by advising customers about food orders and other concerns customers or restaurants and couriers have;
- Have a chance to grow together with one of the fastest-growing start-ups in Europe!

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent Estonian writing and speaking skills (C1 level)
  • Good English writing and speaking skills (at least B2 level)
  • Good Russian writing and speaking skills (at least B2 level)
  • Good computer skills
  • Multitasker
  • Someone who prioritizes customers, always willing to solve their problems
  • Someone who is willing to constantly improve
  • Someone who is able to start on 6th of February 2023!
