Join our Transcom Family as an Employer Branding and Recruitment Digital Marketing Manager!

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns specific to employer branding and recruitment marketing 
  • Design, build and maintain Transcom social media presence particular to employer branding and recruitment marketing 
  • Measure and report performance of all employer branding and digital marketing campaigns/ projects, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights focusing on employer branding and recruitment marketing 
  • Brainstorm new and creative strategies for employer branding and recruitment marketing (focus digital channels) 
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create employer branding strategies such as contents, projects and activities 
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels 
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners 
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for employer branding and recruitment marketing. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate 
  • Analyze employer branding and marketing programs, and adjust strategy/tactics to increase effectiveness of campaigns 
  • Deep understanding of employer branding, marketing analytics and associated metrics 
  • Clear understanding of social media, SEO and pay-per-click advertising 
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Proven working experience in employer branding and recruitment digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing employer branding, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of online and social media ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employer branding, online marketing and measurement
