Join us as a Customer Support Specialist!

In this position, you will work with customer service in writing (emails) and orally (by phone) to help solve the issues related to to transfers, payments, financial data, bank card readers and technical support. You will have the chance to give the best customer support possible! You will demonstrate concern to the company’s customers on a daily basis, contribute to a dynamic team and seek the project's success together. What we are looking for:

  • Someone who can write and speak in Finnish (at least C1 level)
  • Someone who can write and speak in English (at least B2 level)
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Quick solver of technical problems
  • Fast and correct work with numerical data
  • Someone who is good with receiving feedback and wants improve themselves
  • Someone who is available to start on 24h April 2023!
