The Project Manager has the role of leading and documenting projects and internal processes. The Project Manager must have the ability to understand the viewpoints and needs of the stakeholders and capabilities and resources within SD teams and must ensure smooth and documented communication and set proper expectations.
The Project Manager is in charge of risk management and resource management within the team. Also keeping track of all the team members, the projects they are working on, delivery time and role completion.
Drive assigned projects from Scoping to Closure
Drive waterfall and agile projects following framework technology
Assemble Project Teams and Steering Committees when needed
Track work progress, budget and deliverables
Forecast workload and timeplan
Always look for efficiency improvements and potential cost savings
Track and manage change requests during and after the implementation
Lead scoping, BC creation when required
Ensure timely and efficient discussions, approvals and change controls
Ensure project documentation is compliant with the goals of the projects
Ensure approval processes are monitored and approvals are completed within expected timelines
What's in it for you!
.What we are looking for:
● Hands on experience with a great track record in delivering mid-high complexity projects either in-house or for the clients, preferably both
3 years of experience in IT
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Analytical and process driven mindset
Desire to improve our processes and inspire our business
Detailed-oriented and able to produce high quality project management documentation
Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
Ability to work in a geographically and culturally diverse environment
Ability to report and present information to senior management and clients and ability to present projects in clear and concise manner, depending on the audience
Ability to prioritize between multiple projects and communicate effectively
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken)
Other languages are a plus
