This position is part of the team responsible for globally supporting the company’s security-related matters. The main essence of the role is to support the company in day-to-day security operations.
Responsible as part of a team for the day-to-day operation of the security infrastructure (network and server hardening, pen test, patch management, access control over multiple platforms and applications, network auditing) and responding to security incidents and requests.
Assist in providing audit responses that pertain to PCI DSS, ISO, and other regulatory requirements
Actively monitor events from intrusion detection systems and system logs and notify appropriate groups in case of threats or vulnerabilities for immediate corrective actions
Monitor security procedure requirements to ensure adherence to policy requirements and regulatory requirements
Respond and resolve all security incidents
Other duties as assigned

.What we are looking for:
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar global security position
Incident, Change, Request & CMDB Management
Anti-virus (Symantec advantageous)
Log Management Tools (SumoLogic advantageous)
Vulnerability scanning (Qualys advantageous)
ITIL Foundation certified (v4) with 5 years experience of Incident, Change, Request & CMDB Management is requested.
Certified ISO auditor or similar would be advantageous but not essential
Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken). Other languages are a plus
Strong customer service orientation
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to present ideas and solutions in both a business and user-friendly language
Highly self-motivated and directed
Keen attention to detail
