Join our Transcom Family as a Sr. Workforce Manager (Process Reengineer and Compliance)!

The Process Engineer and Compliance function will work with the Workforce Team to establish best practices within our WFM functions to consistently drive both Client Satisfaction as well as Internal Financials. They will also establish auditing processes to ensure compliance to processes. The function will also need to work with Operations, Training and Recruitment to ensure partnership is properly established within processes and accountability is clearly set. Ultimately this function will also be critical in establishing the functional processes to be able to sell the WFM function to future clients as revenue generating function.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

- Educational Background: College/University level with a course in Economics, Business Studies, Statistics, Mathematics or similar. In its absence, knowledge will be demonstrated through extensive experience in the performance of similar functions.

- Minimum two years’ experience as a Workforce Manager and experience in companies belonging to the Contact Centre sector is an advantage.  Experience in all functions of WFM (Planning, Scheduling and Real Time) is preferred.

- Knowledge/Specific training in Results Analysis Systems and/or Applied Statistics

- Knowledge/Experience in Aspect eWFM, Business Objects, Excel, Statistical package like Minitab, SPSS, etc. and Databases
