Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To develop & facilitate training to ensure that call centre representatives have skills, knowledge,  and motivation necessary to meet client/business requirements. Learning programs will support  continuous improvement and competitive learning.
  • Responsible for maintaining schedule and timing of a training class including reporting, documentation, and course material.
  • Responsible for course material updates.
  • Reporting
  • Spend training time with each back-up Trainer monitoring their training each quarter, feedback to be documented.
  • To maintain a satisfactory level of technical and professional skills & knowledge in related areas.
  • To ensure training materials and aids are prepared prior to start of training.
  • To complete all training documentation within timelines.
  • To communicate with Training Manager any training issues that need to be addressed or escalated.
  • To complete a daily report for all training days.
  • To complete a weekly test for the campaign being trained or worked each week.
  • To update course materials within two business days of new information.
  • To be clear on objectives, agenda, and course content in training environment, and to use effective methods to guide classes towards successfully achieving those objectives.

Job Specifications (Qualifications, Skills and Experience):

Educational Background:

  • University degree or equivalent higher qualification
Work Experience:
  • Have worked in a training, quality and/or operations department
  • Have worked with numbers and understand basic mathematics needed for reporting, analysis and differentiation purposes.
  • Have a proven and successful track record of effective training in the CRM business or a closely related industry
  • Have experience in monitoring/coaching skills related to behaviour-specific feedback
  • Have worked in a data-driven environment
  • Must be a regularized employee AND have been continuously employed in their current position and campaign for at least 6 months to be eligible
  • Have no active or pending case covering the end date of job posting and its process duration.
  • Have no instance of 2nd warning Progressive Discipline Sanction (which may exclude any cases categorized as “A” in the list of infractions seen in Annex A), covering the duration of the end date of job posting and its process duration
