The HRA – Employee Relations is responsible for the overall service delivery of all employee relations functions by developing and building strong relationships with designated operations partners and employees. The incumbent will also act as primary liaison and point of contact between the business and the HR-ER department.
The HRA – Employee Relations will also support the objectives of other HR teams, such as Business Partner, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Legal, and Recruiting.
