Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for our Transcom Pasig site. The role provides analytical support to the various organizational teams in terms of financial performance.

Join our Transcom Family as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

Philippines Reporting

  • Sets assumptions for Philippines costs based on current trends and expected changes during the forecast/budget period.
  • Consolidates Philippines forecasts and budgets, and coordinates with Revenue Analysts for any questions or required changes.
  • Manages support group and SG&A forecasts and budgets, including the allocation of these costs to Philippines clients.
  • Manages the capital expenditure forecasts and budgets, and analyses the impact of these investments to operations and overall Philippines financials.

Regional Consolidation

  • Facilitates the forecast and budget update for the English speaking region (Philippines, NA, Latam and UK).
  • Consolidates inputs and commentaries from counterparts, and integrates the information into the Transcom standard report templates.
  • Analyzes the variances across the region, including forex impact, and creates summaries/reports for final approval with the CFO and Corporate.

Hyperion Inputs & Data Management

  • Ensures that the actuals are uploaded in Hyperion and are aligned with SAP data.
  • Uploads forecast and budget data in Hyperion, and coordinates with Corporate for any Hyperion issues or misalignment with our inputs.

Actuals Close

  • Creates a report to compare the month’s actuals performance vs forecast and budget.
  • Coordinates with the accounting team for any variances and adjustments vs previous month/s.
  • Coordinates with the revenue analysts for any changes to contribution margin vs forecast and budget.
  • Leads the month-end call with the CFO.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree and CPA would be preferred
  • Min of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting
  • Min of 8 years experience in a BPO/call center environment
  • Notable experience in a similar level FP&A role in a 3rd party BPO setting is essential
  • Experience managing c-level stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies is essential
  • Experience with Hyperion and SAP would be preferred.
