Join our Transcom Family as French Speaking Service Desk Technician!
Become an expert and provide an outstanding support to our customers
Assess the nature of product or service issues and resolve basic to complex support problems - by Incident creation/categorization/prioritization.
Handle first level support contacts from customers and apply understanding and knowledge of supported systems / products and services to assist callers on technical matters
Administratively process the customer experience cases via a different application
What we are looking for:
Fluent language skills in French and English
Exceptional writing and speaking abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer
Candidate must be able to understand, and interpret technical concepts and apply logic and deductive reasoning
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requires basic software knowledge
Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
Secondary school is required
It would be helpful to demonstrate these capabilities
Displays passion for and responsibility to the customer
Displays innovation in everything you do
A strong drive to complete tasks
