Dutch Native Speaker - Customer Service Representative

Would you like to support and help customers with various questions about their internet, landline or television? Then get started as a customer service representative for one of the largest telecom providers in the Netherlands and develop your communication skills!

Join our Transcom family as a Customer Service agent!

As a customer service employee, your focus will be on delivering the best service possible to all clients of the Telecom provider. Questions will vary widely but mostly concern the internet, telephony and television. You solve every puzzle - from a simple question about an invoice to a more complex problem about an internet connection. You don't have to be a technical miracle, but you will have an affinity with solving problems related to the internet, television and telephony. You are not alone, because you can rely on a database with the right tools or helpful colleagues.

The questions you will be dealing with are diverse. Common questions could be:

  • why is my internet not working?;

  • how come my invoice turned out higher?;

  • I have received my Home package, but I cannot get the modem installed. Can you help me?;

  • my internet connection is weak and sometimes drops out, what can I do?;

No experience with customer service work? No problem, you get a full-time paid training of 2 weeks in which we will teach you everything. You will gain some great new skills!


What do we ask?

  • Dutch and English: You are a Dutch native speakers and also in English you know how to communicate;

  • contract hours: You van work with us 24, 28, 32 or 39 hours a week;

  • openings hours: Monday till Friday from 08:00 till 22:00, on Saturday from 09:00 till 18:00 and on Sunday from 10:00 till 18:00;

  • availability: You are available at least 5 days a week, with at least 2 evenings until 22:00 and 2 Saturdays in the month;

  • full-time training: You are available full time for 2 weeks during training;

  • skills: Service oriented, communication skills and affinity with internet and television;
