The Head of Software Delivery is responsible to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery across all documentation, design, development, and testing of solutions for the entire applications portfolio in Transcom. This colleague needs to be able to have a complete overview of the application landscape and propose and develop improvements, matching the business requirements of Transcom.
You will be leading a diverse team of developers located in Europe (mainly Croatia and Spain) and the Philippines, QAs being led by QA manager and DevOps team.
As Head of Software Delivery, you will be reporting directly to VP of Global BI and Software Delivery working closely with the Department of Data Strategy, Architecture & Innovation, as well as with other technical and operational teams across the organization in different regions (covering North America, Europe, and Asia), working in Central European Time.
Head of Software Delivery plays an integral part in the team’s growth as well as being close to all important technical decisions made about our products. You get to have a great influence on a lot of different processes within the Software Delivery department and there are plenty of opportunities for you to learn and grow further professionally here.
