Join our #TranscomTeam as a Talent Acquisition Specialist!
You will be responsible for:
Owning & coordinating end-to-end recruitment process for open, assigned job positions
Maintaining effective collaboration and strengthening partnership with Hiring Managers
Sourcing and proactively approaching potential candidates using various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google, Facebook)
Creating talent pool of candidates
Providing market insight analysis and suggestions for recruitment strategy within assigned roles
Driving candidate attraction and experience proactively
Supporting continuous improvement in all recruitment steps

What we are looking for:
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (ideally in SSC/BPO environment or recruitment/temp agency)
Stakeholder/Expectations management experience
Graduate or Undergraduate with in any relevant field
Good English skills (so that you could feel comfortable communicating in written or conducting an interview in English)
Well developed collaboration skills
Ability to manage priorities and act effectively in changing environment
Strong can-do approach & flexibility
Positive, can-do attitude
