  • support through calls, e-mail and chat messaging through the company's platforms

What are we looking for?

  • advanced spoken and written Dutch skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
  • intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
  • ability to generate empathy with your colleagues
  • good communication skills
  • customer orientation and troubleshooting
  • good computer user skills (Mandatory)
  • ability to manage time and meet goals
  • availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays
  • availability to work 8 hours per day from 08:00 and up to 21:00 following rotating fortnightly schedules;

This project is entirely on site, which is located in Porto. Therefore, all candidates should live within a maximum of 30 kms radius from the center of Porto.
